HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
I started photographing weddings in 2016. I made the decision to become a full time wedding photographer in 2020 and have been since.
HOW MUCH IS THE RETAINER (DEPOSIT) TO SECURE MY WEDDING DATE?
A 25% deposit of the total is required upon booking to ensure we lock in your wedding or engagement date. Deposit goes towards final price. We accept credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. All payments and forms of payments will be recorded onto client and vendor contract and invoices.
WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?
My style is luxurious, natural, and timeless.
DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN LIGHTING?
Yes I provide all of my own lighting and I always come over prepared with extra flashes and continuous lights.
DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES FOR OTHER WEDDING VENDORS?
Through my years of wedding and event photography I have connected and with so many amazing vendors that include Wedding Planners & Coordinators, DJ’s & MC’s, Hair Stylists, Makeup Artist's, Caterers, Florists, Photo Booths, Cake & Desserts, and more. I would love to share with you my vendor referral list.
ARE YOUR TRAVEL RATES INCLUDED IN YOUR CONTRACT?
For weddings outside of a 50 mile radius of Riverside California travel fees are the IRS standard for mileage which is 65.5 cents per mile. Fees for travel are calculated by distance from Nicholas Sitarski Photography(Canyon Crest) to wedding location one way.
ARE YOU INSURED?
I am fully insured with business insurance, and if you or your venue needs proof of insurance just let me know and I'll be happy to provide that for you.
WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
For weddings it's typically around 2 - 4 weeks. For engagements it's usually around 1 - 2 weeks. All of your images are delivered online in a private gallery and you'll be downloading the full resolution images!
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
I have what I like to call the "free photos" mentality. What this means is that the cost of your session is covering my time, my talent, any physical products included in your package, and editing time. Your photos are free. This means that there isn't an exact set number for how many images you'll receive. However many images are great from your wedding is what will be included with your gallery.
Typically an 8 hour weddings will receive around 800+ photos. For engagement sessions I deliver around 30 images.
